CNC Machining Service

3 to 5 Axis Simultaneous Machining

We operate 2 x 3 Axis Haas machines, a 5 Axis Matsuura MX-520 and a 5 Axis mill-turn Brother Speedio M300X3 for small to medium volume production work.

We can machine from both drawings and computer models and are experienced in full-simultaneous machining operations. Using our 3D scanning services we can easily reverse engineer and re-manufacture existing parts or create something custom.

We regularly machine in aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass, plastics, tooling board and more in sizes up to and around 500mm³2

CNC Turning

As well as our mill-turn 5 axis, we also operate a CMZ TX66 Y3, 18 axis Lathe. This offers 2 spindles and 3 turrets each with driven tooling and Y axis machining capabilities.
We can barfeed bars up to 65mm diameter and billets up to 275mm diameter.

Finishing

We operate large deburring and polishing tumblers to remove sharp edges and machining marks.

We also do weekly colour anodising runs, in-house laser engraving and produce laser cut product packaging from cardboard and foam.
