Engine Steady Bar Kit – RHD big bore engines – long

Another unique billet alloy product in the classic Mini RetroSport range, it adds an additional top engine steady by replacing the thermostat housing and picking up on the bulkhead.
If you are fitting this item with one of our heater hose plates, you will need to drill out 3 of the mounting holes in the hose plate. This is to suit the larger bolts supplied with the steady system.

970, 1071 and 1275cc. For use in 1990 onwards cars with spacer under thermostat housing (not Mpi).

If you wish to use this on a UK spec SPi car, you will also require ENG3299 packer kit available here.

Not suitable for cars with twin carbs or Japanese spec Spi models.

Supplied complete with polyurethane bushes.

Anodised black, blue, red or silver.
